Fish lake
#1
So I am headed up to the tourney on Saturday at Fish lake. I have never been there and have no idea where to set up. Im not asking to give up your secret spot there but I was hoping for a little direction where to start. Thanks for any help you can provide. PM me if you want. Thank you

+1, the perch hang out along the weeds. Trout will be deeper.

I'm thinking of heading straight out from Twin Creek, do you know about how far out the weed line would be from there? Or is there a better spot to go?

About 25-50 yards or so.

If you head out to the middle of the lake, and everyone else is fishing within 100 yards of the shore, then you might be doing something wrong. [Wink]

Just look for the other 2,000 people out on the ice, and do what they are doing! There should be plenty of people out there willing to help out if you are struggling.

Anywhere from Lakeside, to past Joe's Bush should hold perch. Just don't go too deep. The key is look for an easy place to get on the ice. It doesn't improve the fishing but it makes life easier for you. I think between Bowry and Joe's Bush should be your easiest and best!
