if this does not work for you then get the reciprocal stamps at the Maverick on your way through Mountain View.

Walmart, in Evanston, also sells them but if you are hoping to purchase them early in the morning forget it. We wasted way-too-much valuable fishing time waiting for an employee to show up who could issue the stamps and we finally left and purchased them at the Ace Hardware Store in Green River.

Thanks for the info.. Finally got to the hidden portion of the Wyoming site to get it online. As much as I complain about the dwr site, I have to say they are light years ahead of Wyoming!

just call before you head up and ask if they will have anyone there to issue a licence. works good and saves alot of time
