LoPro anyone?

Now that it's warming up, I figured I needed to get in one last ice fishing trip before putting the short rods in deep storage and pulling out the soft deck gear.

Luckily, the CEO of the small company I work for has a private lake at an undisclosed location. He's put thousands of bows, browns, tigers, cutts, and brookies in there and feeds them three times a day on an automated system.

Needless to say, I had a blast this past weekend hooking one fat, gullible trout after the other. The bows were averaging 20" and the largest I caught was about 26".

Now to my real question--

I'm getting ready to get back on the Lower Provo. I've seen the reports saying small dark midges are doing well especially on warmer overcast days, but I'm in more of a hardware mood. Anyone had any success up there lately or have recommendations for lures this time of year? Any general advice is appreciated.

Also, if I do decide to tie on a midge with a bubble, do you think I'd have better luck with a nymph near the bottom, or some kind of emerger (or dries, I suppose)?

Thanks in advance!

Hit the lower Provo on Saturday. 5 fish in 2 1/2 hours, 4 browns and big whitefish. All on size 16 prince nymph, no weight and no indicator. They were not hitting the smaller stuff at all.
