Fish Lake ice condition

Some friends and myself are planning a 3 day trip to Fish Lake this Fri. Sat. & Sun. 3-11,12 & 13. Would like to know about the ice condition. Could bring a 4 wheeler along if it would be safe to use. Plan on staying in a cabin @ Fish Lake Lodge. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

We fished there on February 27th and there was about 2' of ice.
People were using snowmobiles and atvs even saw a couple of larger razors out there.

I don't think conditions will have changed that much other than they may have received some snow this week end. I would think you should be fine.

I was on the lake at twin creeks. The edges were solid and the ice is 24" thick. I seen side by sides and snowmobiles out on the lake. I would call the lodge for ice conditions (for the atv issue) before you leave. With the last storm, who know if it rained or snowed on the ice. The fishing was hot for the splake and rainbows. Caught over 40 fish and a group past us caught 66. Fished at 19' with mealworms and worms. Good luck.
