Just curious if anyone has been Carp fishing to Farmington Bay recently. Just curious where to go and what to use. Any help appreciated. Thanks

You may not find very many carp . I know they recently drained some of the big impoundments and poisoned them when they were at there lowest point. I would contact the refuge manager to see if he has any suggestions. gshorthair

I spoke to a friend of mine who managed Farmington bay until last summer. He said that you can only bow fish at the waterfowl areas during the waterfowl season. Just a little info I thought I would pass along. gshorthair
