It was a.nice day so I headed to willard's south dike. It was warm and calm. Fished 1:30-4:30, at the sw corner and also another spot half way back. I threw jigs and fished with mussels. No hits, no runs, no strikes. At least there was no skeeters yet. They are busy hydro seeding the dike right now. Couldn't tell if anybody else was catching.
