I went up to the expo over the weekend and stopped into the KCT booth and saw what they called a scent chamber rig... Has anyone seen these and/or know how to get ahold of one of them bad boys. I checked their website but couldn't find it anywheres! Looked like a sweet rig for my downrigger! Any info would be awesome!

I bought one myself. Contact Art "aka onlychild" he posted a post here the other day about someone winning the drawing at the show.

It is called a scent ball and we sold the last one about 4pm saturday, they were a big hit! It is a new item this year and is not yet on the website.
Like Kokanee said, send a pm to 'only child' and he will hook you up.
If you don't get a response soon let me know and I will help you place an order with him directly.

I bought a couple online last year at kokaneetackle.com.
I thought they would be awesome but I wasn't overly impressed. The gel scents are way to thick and don't seem to even come out of the chamber. The oily scents come out very quickly. They need to be refilled every time you pull the riggers up. They were kind of messy in my opinion and didn't seem to help me catch any more fish. Caught just as many on the rods that didn't have them as the ones that did. That's just my experience, others may be having better luck with them.

Were you using a cotton ball inside the basket to put the scent on? We tried them all last summer and had good luck with them. Liketrolling they are entirely different than that. These are stainless steel baskets that hold a cotton ball to put the sent on.

Hey Skid these are different from the other scent chamber as Wyo Guy said they are all stainless steel and clip onto the downrigger cable they are not on our site like all of our stuff we run them the year before to see if they make the grade and these did also we wanted feedback from the show and sold out I have all the parts except s.s. clips and I ordered them last mon. morning so hope they are here tomorrow this is a great way to deploy scent oil as well as gel and even corn where legal on kokanee creeks web site there is a contact us leave me your name and number I will call you and tell your more we also started a list of other folks that wanted them so its not a big deal we should have them on the site soon THANKS Art

I thought about the ones in the picture you linked, but the ones that KCT had were a clip that you put on the downrigger, you soak a cotton ball and put it in a basket deal and it lasts for hours! I'm excited to get one and give them a try. Wish I had a picture to show.

The one I have is the same exact thing that liketrolling showed in his picture. I'd like to see a photo of this other type if anybody has one. The Oregon Tackle ones like I have aren't worth messing with.
