Help with toon question

I adopted a toon that had never been used today and I wanted to try it out but it was missing a few parts. I was able to make it work with parts from hardware store. However it is missing both oar locks. The nylon receiver is to small for anything I found at Fish Tech, Cabelas, Sportmans. I was hoping someone had a sugestion as I realy want to try it out. I am sure I can order them from Water Skeeter but if anybody has a sugestion on who might have one I could purchase in the Utah or SL county?

If you're trying to use the metal oar locks they will be too big. There is a set that are black. They have a smaller pin/shank that should work. I get them at sportsmans. They will be in the boat section in the balcony.

Thanks for your help. It turns out I just needed to replace the nylon inserts. Now I am going to take it to UL and start the learning process.
