I was there last week and fishing was bad for me. My nephew caught 4 nice rainbows. He didnt want to anyone to keep them. It was also way windy for my little boat. But for pearch if you have a boat or a float tube sit on the edge of the weed line and use a small or even an ice fishing jig works great. They like the tan tube with white tails. Calm water best too see them and catch them.

Any where along the weed edge will get you perch. I like the SE end of the lake though where it shallows up on the flat. I just use an 1/8 ounce jig with worm to catch a perch and then switch to perch meat, a bigger chunk of meat keeps the dinks off and only the bigger perch will be hooked.
This is a decent spot. First pic is location, Second is water depth. fnf[cool] [signature]

Is that a map you made with your sonar?

No there have been plenty of submitted sonar charts of fish lake already and you can view them on your comp or your phone while on the water. For your android phone, Make sure you download the lake or state you are fishing prior to losing data, it will then use GPS like most of your fishfinders. https://play.google.com/store/apps/detai...akes&hl=en here is the link to the web app which is also free. http://webapp.navionics.com/#@6&key=kadwFj~bjT great tool before you go fishing. fnf[cool] [signature] |
