So I ran up yesterday for a couple hours. (had to update a work colleague since there is no cell service, so why not fish right?)
I arrived around 2:30 pm and fished until 4:30. Even at the height of the day they were biting. Lots of 12-15" bows, no graylings or tigers but it was just from the shore.
They were hitting on green and the white/pink/blue powerbait with a 18" leader from a bubble.
They were REALLY getting active as I was leaving, you couldn't count more than 2-3 seconds without seeing a jump.
My first time up there, I was quite impressed. Will be going back soon with the canoe. Road was impressive too, I drove up in my sports sedan and had no worries. (looking at you lost creek)
