From Intel I have the straw that broke the camels back was an incident a couple nights ago in party bay two guys drunk got into a fight. One guy then went back to his boat and came back with a gun on the other guy...multiple police agencies responded. Again this is what a friend told me and probably is the truth or very close to it.
