I haven't been to the Berry for a few weeks since the Kokanee run tapered off. The Utah Fishing Report site hasn't been updated since late July. I am trying to decide if I should go up tomorrow. Any success stories would be appreciated,

I was on soldier creek last sunday and did really well on kokanee until 10:30 or so good times still to be had.

June and July are the best months but plenty are caught in April and may the season has just weeks to go right now and fishing this time of year for them is usually tough

Why would you kill them now, they are not good to eat and will spawn soon?

their still good to eat they have turned completely yet. in a few more week the reds won't be good . but they are okay right now .
