Strawberry on the 4th
#1
Took the 2 vets I took out last year at the DAV up to Stawberry. Took us a while to start catching fish. We ended up with 4 kokes and a rainbow. Had to call it a day about 1 due to an unforeseen problem with a catheter. Looking forward to this years DAV event.

We were on the water by 5:20. Hit our usual marks and struggled to find any takers. Finally put it together for about 90 minutes and boated seven nice fish on a variety of pink colored lures. Found them 25-30' down. My daughter had just driven 15 hours from Canada the night before and was still willing to make the trip. We picked her up at about 9:00am and then changed locations. fortunate enough to find another group that wanted to play and boated six more fish in about 55 minutes. They were a little deeper. We had to work but it turned out to be a really great day on the water. Off the water by 11:00 with three nice limits of fish.
