What is the # of Ice days

About 120 - 130 . usuallyit freezes mid to late November and good ice to the first of April ! ( this is for the central part of Minnesota ) Less for the southern half, more for the northern half !<br><br>

Dave, you can catch everything up to the middle of Feb, after that its just panfish except for the border waters to the north where pike season last all year and walleye lasts till the middle of April ( smallmouth bass cannot be kept after Sept ). Then the season reopens the 2 nd weekend in may, pan fish is continueous.<br><br>
