Every color. Don't overthink it. Presentation and understanding where the fish are is far more important. You don't fish the Unitas for the challenge of spring creek fishing conditions. My only suggestion is in the next couple months if your fishing streamers on a cloudy day is use something bright. I personally like bh pearl zonkers.
