Orlando area bass fishing?

I'm heading out to the Orlando area for a family trip and I have a day to go fishing. I was planning on doing a charter trip and it looks like lake Toho is the best option? I was looking at AJs freelance fishing charters. Any opinions or tips for the trip? Thanks!
