Strawberry 5/26
#1
New member first post. Went to strawberry wed through friday. Fished Kokanee with my wife. Caught 3 first evening and 5 on friday. Largest was 19 inches smallest 16 inches, Used a pink and silver swing blade with a double glow pink squid with a Smiley blade. Fished in Strawberry Bay 20 to 25 feet down. One thing I noticed is they were hardly hitting the lure. I use velocity rods and they are sensitive but the fish were not pulling the line out of my yellow offshore releases. I was noticing a small tap here and there and would check my line finding a Koke attached. I was wondering if any of you found the same thing. I have never had these fish hit so lightly.
