Went out for a couple of hours yesterday. I had seen a spot I wanted to try the last time I was out, but didn’t get to then. Shallow pocket off the main channel with some reeds and blow downs.<br /><br />Threw the frog and caught a 5lb male on about the 3rd cast. A couple of casts later I caught another one about 3lbs. Switched to a shakey head to try and find a big girl, but no takers.<br /><br />Moved out a ledge on the main channel where I saw a small school on the graph, but couldn’t get them to hit the swim bait. The wind had picked up and my trolling motor battery was getting low, so I went home.
