Spring Time Fishing is a delicate process, Some days a diamond and some days a stone. My best fishing partner and I wanted to find out.
Fish are very sensitive to Spring weather patterns, in this case we had a 3 day warming trend with a front on the tail end, The X factor was a near full moon.
Diamond or Stone, Quality or Quantity or both.
I Large Rainbow was lost shy of the boat also.
Luckily Quality

Damn! I’ve fished DC for about 3 years (not that long compared to a couple of you guys) and never pulled out smallish like that, I’ve always caught a lot but none like them pigs! You gotta be doing something right!

I am pretty sure I have caught each one of those smallies a few years ago when they were guppies. I released them back then for ya.
You're Welcome!
Ha ha just joking! Those are awesome SMB for DC. I have plied its waters for SMB for fifteen years, and have only caught two or three of that size. I float-tube close to shore at varkous depths.eleased
