One car accident

I've been in Idaho for over ten years now. I used to live in Utah and once in a while in Utah there was a rollover on the freeway. So rare it always made the news because it usually involved death of injuries.
But up here in Idaho on the freeway between Malad and Idaho Falls it happens at least twice a week, sometimes dailey.
I don't understand why it is so commonplace and not addressed by anyone.

Nothing like that ever makes the news. That stretch of highway is always extremely busy and funny you hardly ever see any cops. We drove from Burley out to Oregon over the weekend and the only copy we saw was one around Boise only because there was a wreck. The wrecks around there are caused by the amount of traffic and high speed limit, it should be dropped a bit through that area, also people don't pay attention when they are driving, had a guy pull out into our lane as we were passing him on our trip, almost hit us.
