I wanted to take a friend fishing. Found out I had a bad cranking battery about 6:30 am so off to Walmart for a new one. Old one was a Duracell that came from Sams only 1 1/2 years ago. Made it to the ramp an hour late. <br /><br />Fished top water with buzz bait, frogs, and flukes for an hour or so and no action. We stayed in grass all am. Went to shakeys and big worm. Only 2 bites but caught both and about 2 lbs each. We gave up about noon. Sorry but didn’t think to ck water temp.
