Peacock help for visitor to Florida

Will be in Miami mid February and l am looking to catch a couple Peacocks.
Anyone able to suggest some methods?
I am disabled (missing left hand but wear a prosthetic) and can get around well.
Would like a half day trip.
Can pay or trade a trip in Utah.
I could also DIY but know the value of local knowledge is invaluable.
I fish Utah in my multispecies boat for everything from catfish to kokanee salmon.
