Fished yesterday from 9-230, caught 3 bows and missed a few others. There was 17in of ice with 3in of crusted snow on top. There was definitely a few peeps out fishing. White and green were the hot colors tipped with night crawler. Took a few back for my mom as she loves fresh fish. I was really happy to see that the fish are growing into the 20in range again. Been way to long since I fished up there.

It's been a few years since I fished there and I have never ice fished there.  That place has a lot of food for the fish and they do get hefty in a hurry.  Sounds like I need to try and get the tube back out on the pond.
