We went out to drop a line in the ice off of the dock was the plan. The ice was floating 10-15' from the dock and 8-10' from the south dike. So my ice rods are still used just to dangle the hook off the edge of the dock in open water. Figured by Tuesday it would all be open water. 

I have atv brakes to fix but I got a new 7" fish finder for birthday from wife, and I'm getting bow mount trolling motor as soon as I can and get it installed. I sold my old boat finally so I can do these things. Then I'll be hitting the lake and trying out my new toys.

Haha thanks Richard we hope to do more of a showing this year. Hopefully this boat works nicely and I don't have any issues....well minus kids and extracurricular activities they feel they need to be apart of. But I'm still hoping I can work around them.
