Halloween Day Fishing...
#1
Low 80’s yesterday morning, figured I’d get out before trick or treating plans in the evening, outgoing tide ripping around one of the spoil islands, got into a bunch of small jack, trout and ladyfish. My 11 y.o daughter edited a quick video for me [Wink]

Thanks for sharing. Looks a lot better than sub-freezing temps. Watching you catch those little jacks made me wonder what might be around feeding on them?

Kind of a transitional time right now, I think the big Snook and Reds are moving to the backcountry with the cooler water temps. setting in and the bigger trout have yet to move into the flats. We should start getting the schools of big jacks...10-15 lbs. now those are a crazy fight and they will eat anything you throw. I have a week off coming up and will hopefully do some exploring and see if I can find something big.
