#1
was at Deer Creek yesterday from about 10 to 1 to run the boat after a winter hibernation.....water temp at launching , main ramp , was 49.3 and at leaving a little inside the Charleston Bay area , i was looking for bass , temp. was 54....boy that seemed warm for this time of year....and there's nothing wrong with my sonar have 2 different manufacturers and they both read approx. the same .

Bass have been moving shallower at Echo but this cold snap will likely push them back
Remember: keep the lid on the worms, share your jerky, and stop by to say hi to Cookie and the Cowboy-Pirate crew

I was thinking of going up to DC this weekend but this weather may have me waiting.  Did you chase any trout?

Hi CC,
I was at DC last Tuesday with grandkids. 15 to 20 bows in under 2 hours. Most were 14". We didn't look for bigger ones since the kids wanted fast action. I'll get the full report out soon. Still editing video.

We went to Deer Creek monday trolling for trout. We found a few fish for the fryer but they are all definitely smaller than we've caught the last couple of years in the spring.
