Wonky Trollmaster
#1
Having some issues with my Trollmaster Pro 3 on my Honda 9.9.  I've tried replacing the servo with a couple that I bought at the hobby store but both causing issues.  With remote turned up high, the servo won't hold a throttle position.  Has anyone had a similar issue or found a good servo replacement?

Hi Dave , is the mounting plate loose or any other part of the servo linkage loose or bent? Just trying to help figure this out , also is there any difference with the servos?

Nothing appears to be loose.  I'm not sure if I got the correct replacement servo since Troll Master won't provide the specs to the ones that they provide.  They want $50 for their servos, so bought a couple at the RC hobby store.  I have a video of what it is doing but can't manage to post it here.

Update: I bought a servo off Amazon, MG996R that seems to be working, at least initially. The price was 25% of the Troll Master servo offered on their website. Time will tell whether I got what I paid for or something fishy at Troll Master.
