Kentucky Lake & Lake Barkley
#1
Crappie fishing is steadily improving. The crappie are moving around a lot and are not staying put long. Most are being caught casting jigs. No one color seems to do better than the next. Crappie fishing is still generally slow but some good catches are very scattered. Largemouth are close to the shores and the fishing is good. Shallow running crankbaits and jerkbaits are working best. Smallmouth are hitting well on small spinnerbaits and jig/pork combinations. Kentucky Lake is producing the better catches.

TIP: Change colors often.

BITS AND PIECES: Fail to prepare and prepare to fail.
..
.

www.kentuckylakebarkley.com
