walleyes rolling!

Went to lincoln beach after work friday evening and the walleyes were rolling all over the rocks!I could have reached down and grabbed them by hand.But i didnt.I kept getting snags and when a walleye bit i thought it was a rock until it pulled back and it didnt give me time to set the hook![pirate] So i lost it and i got another hit on a chartreuse spinner Aand wasnt able to hook him.

I left at 8pm when itgot dark and i was alone.The wind started to pick too.
