I fished the Jordan yesterday and caught a 17" channel on frozen processed chicken pattys dipped in berkly walleye attractant. If you want to know a good spot on the Jordan for cats & walleye just throw me a PM[cool]

I just got back from there. The water got cold and the cats refused to bite. However, when it gets warmer they will nail you. I'd recomend using sucker and worms. They seem to work best.

Thanks Jensen Kid. So would it be a waste of time for me to fish the Jordan for cats next week? maybe i will just hit up willow or even the cottonwood. Thas ok though cause i am gone fly-fishin the weber all day long tomorrow. Wish me luck. I will make a post tomorrow night and let you all know.

All depends on the weather. If it hits 65 and stays there for a few days, they'll eat. If not, they'll have lock jaw. I had one bite earlier that was a cat.
Good luck on the Weber! There's some mighty big browns in there.

No problem! I'm glad I helped even a little bit. After a good 13 or 14 years of chasing them, I've gotten pretty proficient at catching them. Heck, my first fish ever was a channel!
