Going to the lower Provo and was looking for a headsup as to what bait to use and locations to hit?

Use to fish that stretch all the time when I lived in Provo. Fish down by the University parkway autoplex and fish upriver from there or fish from the I-15 bridge up. If you fly fish, i can't really help you but if you need help with that....see Adam or Mike at Sportsmans warehouse in Provo and tell them that Riley sent you. Those two guys always hooked me up when I needed suggestions on when and where. Just make sure you go back and tell them how you did. They seemed to get a kick out of that. I used to fish Mepps spinners size one and two. Mostly twos for the big ol knarly browns. Best of luck to you. Oh, fish from the spillway by the firestation on Columbia Ave, down as far as you can, thats a good underused stretch too....I've caught some really nice browns out of there.
