Carp at Willard

Has anyone seen the carp close to the bank at Willard? My son wants to get the bow out and get some carp. We usually fish the west dike.

I seen them in the shallows in the north-east area about a week ago. Don't know about the west dike though.

Thanks for th info. Has the water come up anymore along the west dike? I haven't been out there for about a month.It was barely up to the rocks when we were out there.
