Crappie fishing is good. The crappie are hitting jigs very good in four to five feet of water around the wood. The spawn is on. Some fish are also being caught on minnows drifting the flats over ten to fifteen feet of water with minnows. Largemouth are hitting crankbaits along the gravel points. Smallmouth are begining to spawn. Whitebass are showing up at the mouths of the bays. Some are being caught on minnows and inline spinners. Catfish are slow.
