LAKE BUCHANAN: Water clear; 80 degrees; 1019.61'

**Flooding this week has this lake into "flood pool". LCRA has dam gate open, releasing water and dropping the level. High water will push bass shallower than normal for this time of year. Locate the clearest water available and
work the first breakline off the bank.**

Largemouth are good to 7 lbs bank shallow early on a topwater bite using silver Terminator buzzbaits,
www.terminatorlure.com)Berkley Frenzy poppers and white Snap Back jerkbaits. Working grass around and above the waterline behind docks and laydowns on breaklines w/shallow running crankbaits, wtrmelon/red Whacky Sticks (www.cremelure.com) & grn-pump. tubes. Pumpkin Craw Baby (www.slidingweight.com) & Scoundrel worms rigged
wacky style on a 2/0 "K" Wacky Hook (www.falconlures.com) produce along bluff ledges.Stripers are good in 26' of water trolling white Hyper Striper jigs (www.kgenterprise.com) w/chart. trailers and tight-lining
live bait. Early topwater bite on Rat-L-Traps (www.rat-l-trap.com) and Red Fins.

White Bass fair in 20' on creek points using Spoiler Shads,
chrome/blue Tiny Traps and Lit'l Fishies.
