went to lost creek this evening to test a new rod i am getting for my birthday and try to to catch a few fish got to the dam at about 1915hrs fished there until about 2045hrs caught 13 little 6-8 inch cuts 2 12 nich bows using rooster tails in rainbow color my freind caught a 16 bow on a small castmaster silver color and a 6 inch cut on on a worm then we went to the creek and fished a couple beaver dams did allright about 15 fish beetween us then it was time to go to the house it will be a shame if they close it to fishing there were quite a few poeple on the the bank and some in a boat seems the best fishing was by the dam they were jumping all over i think im going to try a bubble and fly any suggs on what fly to use. my new rod is a fenwick hmg two peice 6'6" med light its pretty sensitive quite a bit moreso than my hmx i didnt used to like two peice rods but theese new ones are really good.
