Jordanelle report 8-27

Kastmaster and I hit the PWC area yesterday in our tubes. We found the smallies had a bit of lockjaw on us but had fun none the less. No one lure seemed to stand out. I scored a 16 inch smallie and a 19 inch rainbow trout. I lost another big bass. kastmaster caught the most smallies between us today but neither of us set it on fire. Our consolation prize of a large stringer of perch each will more than make up for the fussy bronzebacks. Tight lines all.

Thanks for the report, any size to the perch? That is a good size rainbow did it give you a good fight? WH2

The perch were typical for there, mostly small,voracious, but some suprisingly big ones, not really different from other reports from the area. The trout was a nice suprise on lightweight tackle. No complaints about running into him.
