Water gin clear; 80 degrees; 909':

Largemouth are good early along mainlake points in 5'-12' using wacky rigged green-pumpkin Whacky Sticks (www.cremelure.com), 5" pumpkin Slider worms on jigheads and Carolina rigged Snap Back (www.terminatorlures.com) pumpkin-chartreuse lizards on open water ledges in 10'-20'. Upriver, at first light, 1/8 oz. silver or Tiny-T buzzbaits & Bleeding Shiner Tiny Traps (www.rat-l-traps.com)takes numbers of bass. Later, a 6" Chameleon Scoundrel worm wacky rigged on a "K" Whacky Hook (www.falconlures.com), green pumpkin plastic stickbaits and pitching a watermelon-red Snap Back tube tight to brush and standing timber in 6'-12' produces.


Smallmouth are good to 3 pounds over rockpiles in 4'-15' on white Photon crankbaits (www.photonlures.com), smoke-red Snap Back tubes and 3" smoke or white curl tail grubs on jigheads.

Striped Bass slow trolling 1/2 oz. Hyper Striper (www,kgenterprise.com)jigs in 50'-70'. No topwater activity, yet.
