[cool]Yeah, I second that question, ocean! If Scofield isn't good right now, it will be in a couple of weeks or so. I did well there last fall once when I went out. I think it was late Sept, or early Oct. Lookin' forward to your report. If the bait ain't workin that well, just chuck out some gold Jakes spin-a-lures will red dots. I've done well with them there. Another lure that works well casting from sure is a big size panther martin with yellow dots on it with a gold blade. Good luck!!

hey ocean i was up to E-lake last sunday and cought another nice rainbow down by the inlet.. it was about 3 lbs.. the fishing was slower than it has been this year and minnows are getting hard to come by..if i did not have my cast neet with me we would not have got fresh ones at all.. fishermen trolling are doing best on E-lake right now..
have not heard anything good about scofield for some time but it should be comeing back on soon..

I was up at scofield a week ago. My wife and I stopped by to pick up our boat on our way back from moab. I didn't fish, however there were several people fishing from the east side. Picked up the boat on the west side of the reservior and the water was halfway to the island, extremely low. It seemed like the conditions on the east side were pretty decent (from what I could tell). The gentleman at the snack-n-pack said the reports were on the slow side. Of course this was a week ago and it should be gettin better soon. Let us know how you do..

Hey fuzz how did you fish your minnow under a bobber or on the bottom? Guess i will have to load up on minnows at scofield if they are still hanging around my usual spot.

we were having the best luck on the bottom. the lake has gone down another 10 feet or so from a week ago so we went down the lake alittle ways from my old spot.. look for the spots that there is no moss and fish only about 30 feet out.. if your draging in moss try a diffret spot..
