I stopped by and fished Rock Cliffs in the tube this A:M en route to another destination. The fishing was fair for bass up to 12 inches. (Suprisingly none bigger) There was a flotilla of boats escaping the wind in the rest of the lake and anchored there fishing for trout and perch with so-so success. The wind finally kicked up in force there too about 11:30 and forcibly deposited me back to the launch point. I was on the water less than 2 hours. The big (and pleasant) suprise on this trip was that I hooked into a large trout. As I was playing it, I thought it was a big brown, but I got it in and it was a 23 1/2 inch cutthroat with a nice thick girth. I sent him back to eat some more minnows. It looks like he was as well fed as the smallies. Has anyone taken the mighty senkos to Strawberry?
