[size 1]6 doves 6 tablespoons [url "http://www.recipezaar.com/library/getentry.zsp?recipe=83500&id=141"][#000000]butter[/#000000][/url] 4 teaspoons [url "http://www.recipezaar.com/library/getentry.zsp?recipe=83500&id=64"][#000000]flour[/#000000][/url] 1 cup [url "http://www.recipezaar.com/library/getentry.zsp?recipe=83500&id=154"][#000000]chicken broth[/#000000][/url] salt and pepper, to taste 1/4 cup [url "http://www.recipezaar.com/library/getentry.zsp?recipe=83500&id=184"][#000000]sherry wine[/#000000][/url] 1. Melt butter in a skillet, brown doves in butter. 2. Transfer into baking dish, breast down. 3. Add flour to butter in skillet, and stir Cook flour for a minute or two. 4. Add chicken broth slowly, then sherry. 5. Salt and pepper sauce to taste. 6. Let sauce thicken (come to a boil) Pour sauce over doves. 7. Bake in a 350 degree oven for one hour.
