Salmon, Steelhead and Shad:
BUOY 10 LINE UPSTREAM TO THE ROCKY POINT/TONGUE POINT LINE: This section of the Columbia River is open to angling for adult adipose fin-clipped coho, adipose fin-clipped steelhead and shad through Sept. 30. Angling for chinook is prohibited. The daily bag limit is two fish. Effective Oct. 1, anglers may keep five coho jacks as part of the daily salmon bag limit. Each angler aboard a vessel may continue to use angling gear until the daily bag limit of fish for all legally licensed and juvenile anglers has been achieved, but no individual angler may exceed any personal daily bag limit.
