The S.C. Governor's Cup Billfishing Series Advisory Board of Directors will meet at 10 a.m. Thursday, October 7 at the S.C. Department of Natural Resources' administration conference room at Fort Johnson, which is on James Island in Charleston. The meeting is open to the public.
