Black Bean and Corn Salad 5

3 c Canned black beans; rinsed and drained
2 c Corn kernels
1 tb Fresh garlic; minced
1/2 c Red onion; minced
1 c Red or yellow bell pepper; diced
1/4 c Fresh cilantro; chopped
2 tb Ground cumin
3 Limes; juice of
Salt & pepper; to taste
In a large mixing bowl, toss all of the ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate the salad up to 24 hours before serving. Serves 6.
