]Even with the remnants of tropical storms the fishing in Port A is good.
For the week of September 4,2002:
Trout and bull reds are good from the jetty on live finger mullet and shrimp under a popping cork. Spanish mackerel, pompano and redfish are good on cut mullet, squid and shrimp soaked on the bottom in the surf. Red snapper, kingfish and sharks are good offshore. The trout are hitting hard anything that moves under the lights on the Caldwell pier at night.
Current weather is cloudy with temps in the low 80's. Nice with the constant see brease!
