salt and pepper to taste
12 to 24 dove breasts

[#006c1c]8 green onion, chopped
3 cups water
1 1/2 cups wild rice[/#006c1c]

[#006c1c]Combine flour, salt and pepper in bag. Add doves to bag and shake to thoroughly coat each piece. Brown each piece in butter. Remove and set aside. Saute onion in butter until tender. Add water and rice, stirring well. Pour into casserole and place dove breasts on top of mixture. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes.[/#006c1c]
