Anyone interested in fishing Strawberry on Friday?

Plan on fishing Strawberry Friday and being home by 4 or 5:00 PM. I have read where a few others will also be there. Anyone interested in sharing gas costs (I can provide the Suburban, ice shack, fishfinder, AquaVu and power auger)? If interested send me a PM.

My Brother & I are heading up to Strawberry on Friday Also - going to try out the new ice shack. What part of the the lake you fishing? - I was thinking of Chicken Creek also but open.

I am heading up with Fishnpro40 on Friday morning to the Berry. WE are meeting at Sportsmans Warehouse at 5:30 I believe.
Does anyone know if there is road access to Renegade Point right now???

Any access to renegade is by sled, airboat, or wheeler only. They ususally groom the road from the Strawberry marina turn off back to renegade, but it's not for cars or trucks. As far as the road goes, even a 2wd ATV can drive on it. But once you get off the road, the snow is soft and deep.

Can you access Chicken by atv? Mine won't go in snow over 3"-4" deep. I will try fo find some of you guys and see if I can learn some of your tricks.
Am I the only one that brings everything including the kitchen sink to the ice? I need a bigger sled and a team of dogs to pull it! DKS

Where you going to be? I am thinking serious about heading up. My daughter was going to go, but has backed out. I'll probably go by myself. I even have access to a spare Vexlar unit (my sons). The big tent and 16,000 btu heater is ready to go also.
