28 medium sized Mushroom caps (no stems), cleaned
1 C. Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/4 C. cooked Bacon Bits
1/4 C. finely chopped Parsley
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange the mushrooms in two shallow dishes, steam side up. Put cheese on top mushrooms and sprinkle with bacon bits. Cover pans with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle with parsley. [/font]
