Hey P4L --- I could have told ya that. I'm a Tennessee native, and grew up just south of Knoxville. Depending on what you're fishing for, Watts Bar is super for stripers, cats, smallies ... The upper Hiwassee River is great for trout. And there are numerous impoundments where bass fishing is king. But there's also Douglas Lake east of Knoxville, Tellico Lake southwest of K-town, and Norris Lake to the north. Early crappies can be a great time in the southeast too.
Have a great trip, and report on the Utah board when you return.
