you all are some fishin fools and props on a great site. now that the waterfowl season is closed it's time to fish[

So the waterfowle hunts over. Well how did you do, since i was to lazy this year to go out i would like to here some good reports on the birds this year. Don't bother mentioning any banded birds either that just hurts my feelings [

Yep, time to hit the ice for fish instead of birds. This was my first year hunting waterfowl so my season was fun and great yielding very few birds. I can not wait for October to come.

Welcome to BFT! I think you'll find quite a few waterfowlers on this board! I sure enjoy puttin the hurt on the webbed wonders!

thanks for the welcome guys, the bird hunt was good this year. did'nt get out as much this year so it was'nt as productive as last year and the freeze thaw cycle the last month kinda screwed things up. all in all a good year, i never thought i could want to do anything more than i wanted to fish but waterfowling changed that ..........good luck this weeknd [
