2 (16 oz.) packages frozen Halibut, partly thawed
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram, crushed
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. minced parsley
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350 F. Cut Halibut into 6 serving size blocks. Place in a single layer in a shallow baking dish.
Cream butter with onions, salt, marjoram, pepper and parsley, stir in lemon juice. Spread over Halibut; cover. Bake 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve from baking dish. Garnish with parsley sprigs or lemon wedges.
